Shipping

All orders are made to order and typically enter production within 2–5 business days before being shipped. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

While we work with trusted production and shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Endless Horizon Co. is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
